We’re sharing a leadership update at Arta as the company continues to scale its AI-powered wealth management and institutional technology platform. Felix Lin, Arta’s Co-founder, President, and CFO, has been appointed Group CEO.
Felix has been part of Arta since day one and has led the company’s business and finance functions throughout its journey. He brings decades of experience across finance and technology, including senior leadership roles at Google and Oracle, and previously co-founded AvantGo, which went public in 2000. He brings deep context on Arta’s mission, strategy, and long-term priorities and is well positioned to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
After founding Arta and serving as CEO for the past four years, Caesar Sengupta will transition to supporting the company in an advisory capacity and will remain on Arta’s Board of Directors.We are grateful for Caesar’s leadership and for the strong foundation he has built.
Amanda Ong will continue in her role as Singapore CEO and Global Head of Partnerships, leading the company’s Singapore business and international expansion. Singapore is central to Arta’s growth, supporting members in Singapore and around the world while also serving as the hub for partnerships across banks, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
Our mission, investment approach, or commitment to members remains the same. Arta continues to operate from a position of strength, serving tens of thousands of members across more than 40 countries and scaling through trusted institutional partnerships, like recently announced institutional clients like Bank of Singapore and Hong Leong Bank. .
We remain focused on using AI-powered wealth and technology to bring sophisticated wealth solutions to millions more people around the world.
